Always reliable. I took my car for a previous problem (dead battery) to a AAA approved dealer, and a month later the battery is dead. Took it to Advanced auto care, and this "new" battery was all corroded. They ran full diagnostic and found many issues that the other place ignored. Advanced Auto care is always so reliable to me. I had a doctors appointment that day at 2pm. And they promised it would be fixed before that. And they kept it. I picked my car up at 1 and made my doctors appointment without issue. I will always bring my car to them.

Went in with no appointment today and was greeted and made a priority. The lady at the front counter was very sweet, kind and listened to everything I said. The place was extremely clean and very welcoming for customers. My car was done within a reasonable time and ready for me to leave Gainesville. I’d recommend this place to anyone. When you walk past the open bays the area is very clean and organized and to me that represents employees who take pride in what they do and understand their business. Thank you guys for taking care of me on a short notice and making me feel welcomed!
