This is the second time i’ve been here and they always work faster than the time they tell you it’ll take. Very punctual, very professional. Extremely cold water in the lobby with fresh coffee just makes it even better!

I went to Advanced Auto Care Center today as a walk in and have several other occasions and each time I've had a wonderful experience. From the front desk to the mechanics in the back. Busy day they had today, but everyone was nice and helpful. Just brought a used car and wanted them to check it out and sure enough their were issues and they've explained it all to me as I am not all that knowledgeable on cars. I've had spark plugs, filter and val cover gasket done on my 08 Hyundai and it only took less than an hour! Reasonable price and parts have warranty on them. 100% recommend them.

I made a mistake by pulling directly into a bay. The staff were very polite and asked that I please back out and park in the parking lot due to liability issues. Sorry I'm from the country. The lady in the office was nice as well and got someone working on my vehicle immediately. Convenient, professional, and knowledgeable.
