DRIVERS BEWARE: If I could leave a NEGATIVE STAR review I would. I have been going to this business for years for basic auto work; oil changes and the sort. It seems that because COVID-19 affected the economy as a whole, the owner seems to think he deserves to make back his "lost revenue" by charging for work that WAS NEVER DONE NOR REQUESTED. I was charged $237 for an OIL CHANGE. I left my car at their shop at 11:17 am and was called back at 11:59 am when I was informed my vehicle was done and ready to be picked up. For 40 minutes of work I was given a bill for a ~$63 oil change, some kind of random electrical testing (WHICH WAS SPECIFICALLY DENIED) as $105, and another $50 to tell me my AC wasn't working (WHICH IS WHAT I TOLD THEM COMING IN). So all in all, they do the oil change and charge me $237. I call back, and speak to Roberta at the front desk and address this discrepancy of how I could be charged so much (labor was charged 3 separate times in full), and she ACKNOWLEDGED THIS IS WRONG and informed me she would speak to the manager. I'm put on hold, and told after a few minutes the manager is busy and will call me back to resolve the discrepancies on the bill. NO CALL. I call back the next day and speak to Roberta again, this time she gets the manager on the line who expressly EXAGGERATED the work done on my vehicle. This man tries telling me they took a minimum of 30 minutes just to do this "electrical check", which now also concerns me about the OIL CHANGE WHICH IS THE ONLY THING I NEEDED DONE. You can't trust the staff, especially not the manager, to be honest about what work needs to be done on you car. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR WITH THEM. It's not worth it. They need a new owner who isn't trying to take advantage of other Americans to make up what he thinks he lost due to the pandemic. We are all suffering, this business has NO RIGHT to take advantage of its customers to make up for "lost time".
