I have been going to Advanced Auto Care Center since earlier this year and I have enjoyed the service. They are usually pretty fast so I’m never waiting a long time while my car is being serviced. Miss Roberta is very helpful and nice and answers any questions I have. The prices are also very reasonable and they have these specials that you you can use to get discounts on some services.

They were helpful and professional. They took a moment to help me understand what went wrong with my tires.

This was my first time going to Advanced Auto Care in Gainesville, as I live out of town. The online appointment scheduling was easy, and when I arrived I was greeted in a friendly and courteous manner. The technician took my car back quickly, installed the part in less than 20 minutes, and I was back on the road. I also found the pricing of services reasonable, and I will definitely be back for future service on my car. I think Advanced realizes , and puts into practice the concept, that you can take your car anywhere to be repaired, but it's your people that make the difference, in bringing customers back
