This is hands down the best auto shop in town. I don’t trust anyone else with my car other than the staff here. You can really tell that they value their customers over profit, which is something you hardly ever see nowadays. Roberta and Jeffrey are the absolute best!! I don’t usually write reviews but these people deserve a shoutout for being such an all around great staff. Edit: I took my car in this weekend for a check up before a road trip and rather than charging me the diagnostic fee they didn’t charge me anything since I come in regularly. Just one of the things they’ve done that showcases their exemplary customer service. Again, best place in town. :)

First time I came here in my older car I just showed up early one morning when I was having problems. From when I walked in the door I was greeted and the guy at the desk was very nice and professional. I explained the issue with my car and they took a look and within an hour they called and told me what the issue was and had it fixed in no time. I don’t live in Gainesville, but when I’m up here and ever had car trouble again or just need scheduled maintenance I would recommend this place to anyone👍🏽.Bonus there’s shopping all around the auto shop so there’s plenty to do to while you wait.

I called for a same-day oil change and tire rotation and they told me to come in right now. It was perfect timing. They completed the job in about 30 minutes, which is awesome for being last minute. Best place in town!
