Friendly! Gets the job done!

I have been here twice for oil changes and my first visit they noticed that my air filter needed to be changed. They texted me while I was waiting and let me know that it was only $20 to change the filter. I agreed, and my AC has improved a lot. I think these folks are trustworthy and very professional. I also think Roberta at the front desk is wonderful. She answered all of my questions and gave me a call when my vehicle was ready today. It only took them about 20 minutes! I will always be a loyal customer here.

Advanced Auto has done all of my automotive maintenance, & repair, for the last 8 years. They have always done a great job at a fair price. I sent my mother here when she had an issue with her truck. The solution was simple, & free. They knew she had a 5 hour drive home, & followed up to make sure she had arrived safely. You just don’t find this personal level of service anymore.

This odd the only place I’ll take my, and my sons, verticals. They are fast, super friendly and HONEST! I highly recommend.

Had the check engine light come on. Advanced Auto made me an appointment in a couple days vs the two weeks my dealership was saying. They diagnosis the issue quickly and made several suggestions on best solutions. In my case the best solution was to go back to the dealership because the part should still be under warranty. They could have just sold me the part and I would not have known. On the protection floor mat they place in the car it states "A customer is the most important person in the world to us". This was my first experience and feel this statement to be true. I would highly recommend the Advanced Auto Care Center.
