Quick and easy process! Nice staff!

Great experience all around. People working there are super nice. It was easy to schedule an appointment online, and I wasn't kept waiting any longer than I was told I would have to wait for service. There are also several coffee shops/lunch places nearby so it's easy to drop off your car, and go have a cup of coffee/work somewhere while you wait. My A/C is blowing super cold now. I would recommend Advanced Auto Care Center!

The staff is great and professional. I took my car in based on a recommendation from CarMax and have been more than stay. They did a complete evaluation and informed me on one item that I was not aware of so I came back again because they are trustworthy.

Made an appointment in advanced and they were ready to perform diagnosis on ac as soon as I arrived. The greeting was extremely friendly and professional. I never use anyone to work on my car except the Nissan dealership. This was my first time going to a new service center and I am so happy that I did. I was given a call within the first hour of what my car needed and then picking up my car with service completed before the two hour mark. I know the dealership would have cost double what I was charged for the same service on my Nissan. We will be bringing our other family autos here in the future.
