This place is awesome! I finally found another permanent mechanic. My old one retired on me😔I was looking online for a place with good/honest reviews. I ran across this business and it seemed legit. I called Jeffrey and literally got an immediate appointment (and I didn’t even know what the issue was either). He could have lied like a lot of other mechanics do but he is an honest man and told me I didn’t need anything. I am choosing to get some things done that are going to need to be done soon now just because of how good he was to me. He also has a customer for life now. I’m a single female and often get taken advantage of in certain situations. I don’t even like bringing that to the forefront but it’s true, so the feeling of fairness/security going here to get work done on my car means a lot to me. While I was in there he helped one man that came in and asked him to put his tag on his car for him. Then a man that had a question about a tire that was in his trunk after he had already told him he didn’t have that tire in stock to replace for him (immediately like customer needed) unfortunately. He still went out to try to assist him while it he was busy. Then a woman came in saying her oil was a little over the line😂Poor man is slammed from open to close with all types of things😩🤷🏼‍♀️Thank you! You’re awesome and may God bless you and your family for being honorable❤️

AAA is always quick and efficient. Mrs. Roberta is caring and informative. Easy online appts, timely call backs and quick turn arounds. Most important they don't try to over charge, just straight to the point. Good service and family vibe.

Using RepairPal, I easily booked an appointment for an oil change with this Advanced Auto location. Upon arrival, the lady at the front desk was incredibly nice and got me checked in. The oil change did not take very long at all, and they went ahead and gave my car a once-over for maintenance while it was there. (Which I appreciated!) A few days later, I got a screw in one of my tires and decided to call them up for the repair. They were able to get me in within the hour, and the repair took no time at all! I was incredibly happy with this service, especially since the pricing seemed very fair and transparent. (They have a display that clearly states the cost of the most common repairs they perform) Overall, I am incredibly pleased to take my car to them and will definitely continue to in the future!

David was phenomenal. He carefully assessed my vehicle before quoting or charging me a lump sum of money for repairs that were not needed. Thank you for patience in explaining my issues and next steps. I will definitely be back.

Friendly and super helpful staff. Was able to book in an AC check and fluids top up a couple of days in advance. Staff were on the job swiftly and tended to our needs and gave advice.
