After giving patronage to many shops that seemed to care only about getting me out of there or trying to take all of my hard-earned money for services my car did not need, I was pleasantly surprised by Advanced Auto Care. Not only do they employ service staff who actually have car knowledge (I'm looking at you Firestone/Tires Plus/Midas), but they are happy taking time to explain/show exactly what my vehicle needs and more importantly what it DOESN'T need. The owner (Troy I think?) was super nice and seemed to be very concerned that everyone left happy about their experience. I will be recommending them to all of my friends who have been dissatisfied with the other shops in the area.

Thank you to the friendly staff and knowledgeable mechanics for getting my daughter's little Chevy S-10 back on the road quickly. Our house is much more peaceful now that we're not all sharing cars!

This shop has provided nothing less than phenomenal care each time I need them! They are thorough and will recommend future work gently, instead of trying to up-sell you. I have financial concerns so when I was overwhelmed with future costs, they trouble-shot the issue with me and recommended I start saving instead of looking down on me. I completely trust my car with them, and have recommended them to all my friends.

I am so glad my friend recommended Advanced Auto Care Center for my brakes. They were so nice to me and I just appreciate all of their help so much. It's not every day you find such kind people to fix your car.

I used to love this place. They always told us what should be done now and what could wait for our 2 cars. At our last oil change they would not honor the stamp card (THAT THEY GAVE US) that takes off $15 on the 5th oil change. 😒 He just says to me the prices are getting higher and we won't do those discounts anymore.... um ok... didn't make sense to me but I definitely won't be back. That's bad business!

This place is a joke. Never take your car to them ever

These guys are awesome! I brought my fiat in for oil change and tire rotation. The tire rotation was left off of my order. The gentlemen took my car straight back and completed the tire rotation in about 5 minutes at no cost to me! This is my 3rd time here with a different at and the same great service! Feels amazing to know that customer service still exists!
