It has been a long time since I've had such good service. I want to thank Jana, Sean, & Joe for their exceptional customer service and a job well done. I had taken my car to a different auto repair shop in April. It was one of those problems that was intermittent & was assured that they had fixed the problem. Of course, the problem was still there. Advanced had my car for three days because they kept checking it and found each time that it wasn't what they thought it was. They didn't give up and kept on trying. They finally found the problem and cost me much less that I could possibly have hoped for having had it for three days. Considering that my only income is my Social Security and I was very worried how I was going to pay for the repair. They worked so hard to get it done for me at a reasonable price. Thank you all, I would send anybody that I know to Advance Auto Center.

Excellent customer service! They work with you when it comes to logistics and finance. They are very knowledgeable and KIND (something you see so little of in todays world). They show you what they are talking about before servicing. I was in a tough spot with my car and they were there to help at every angle I had to navigate. They went above and beyond the call of duty and I am forever grateful. I have made this company my car's primary care dr. and also enthusiastically recommend them to anyone who needs their car serviced.

This is a wonderful establishment. People are very nice and truly care about giving amazing service and quality work.

Came in for an oil change. It was a busy day and I expected to be there longer but they had my car done in no time. A mechanic also showed me how worn my tires were. I was glad that he showed me rather than just telling me. Very enjoyable experience, would recommend and return.

I went to Advanced Auto Care Center and loved it!! Very clean and neat and I was very impressed with the service and their amazing prices!! I highly recommend them, they are also locally owned and operated which is a plus! Will be back again soon!
