Terrible service. Wish there was a zero star. Took advantage of me being a young college student. “ battery is fine, it’s your alternator” get that replaced for 600 dollars. 2 days later dead again. “ oh it’s your battery” .. thought battery was fine? If both were issues, fine let’s get it fixed. Not only did I have one day without a car, turned into two because of their overlook. Never going back there again. GO TO TIRE PLUS ON ARCHER- much nicer people to work with.
Erin, I am sorry you feel this way about our service. We strive to give every customer the best service we possibly can. Unfortunately in your case your alternator was not charging your battery sufficiently and at the time the battery came up good but recharge. Generally, that means the battery SHOULD recover but in your case it probably damaged one of the cells in the battery so it showed good but it was actually weak. It is not uncommon for a battery to go bad due to an alternator discharging it. The type of review you left us is unfair because of the circumstances. You said you could get a lower price on the alternator and we beat the price you got. As far as the battery is concerned, you did not even give us a chance to remedy anything or even give you a GREAT price on an Interstate battery which is by far the BEST battery made.
