A bunch of Crooks. Tried to take advantage of a young college student smh. I have an older car and I know what it needs to get it running just like new but I don’t have money for a steering rack right now. And I Just needed my wheels balanced and they said no that won’t help it needs this and that and wanted to take 600$ from me for new wheels, alignment, etc. I’m not sure how this place has gotten over 3 star reviews because they’re definitely sketchy people that are quick to tell you your car needs this and that. If you’re unsure always take your car to a couple mechanic shops to have the problem checked before you fork over 100$ of your hard earned money to these crooks. EDIT: To the boss crook lol first of all I’m not removing my review and I don’t tell lies bud. Your free “check” left my interior greasy as hell. Also, where did I say that YOU prepared an estimate for a steering rack? Your free check didn’t even diagnose my cars problems properly. My father is a mechanic in Miami and we’ve gone over what the car needs already and I just wanted to get my wheels balanced to fix the vibration coming from my wheels. Got my wheels balanced across the street for 30$ and my car was riding smooth thank you very much.
Mr. Lee, I find it extremely unfair that you called us "crooks". We did a FREE check for your son to locate a vibration in the vehicle while driving and found that he needed 4 tires and a wheel alignment to fix his issue. There was NEVER any mention or estimate prepared saying there was anything wrong with the steering rack or the wheels on the vehicle. There was no other issues found with the vehicle as you say we told you "this and that" was wrong. Maybe your son did not communicate properly with you. I am sorry you feel this way but we at Advanced Auto Care are concerned with making Happy Customers that are driving Safely on the road.
