When I described the problem, they told me that it would be better and cheaper for me to take it a place specializing in transmissions, and provided me a couple of recommendations in town. I'm impressed by their straightforward honesty, even when it meant turning away my business. The next time I have an issue or need service, I know where I'll be going.
